Season 19 of ‘The Voice’ has wrapped up 11 episodes and with this, the viewers also saw the final round of the knockouts. We saw Tanner Gomes locking horns with Marisa Corvo from Team Kelly. Tanner won the knockout and moved to the next round. We also saw John Legend bringing Cami Clune opposite John Holiday for the final knockout battle where the latter was picked up by the singer. However, Kelly Clarkson was quick to jump on the opportunity as she stole Cami for her team.

What happened in the 4-way knockout premiere?

The latest episode saw the premiere of 4-way knockout performances which is one of the most interesting segments of the singing reality show. The coaches picked their finest for the first round and this included Taryn Papa from Team Blake and Julia Cooper from John Legend’s team. Larriah Jackson landed on the stage for Team Gwen while Ryan Gallagher charmed the audience from Kelly Clarkson’s team.

Taryn Papa picked Faith Hill’s hit single ‘Cry’ for her 4-way knockout performance whereas Julia Cooper crooned Billie Eilish’s hit single ‘Wish You Were Gay.’ Larriah Jackson from Team Gwen sang Adele’s ‘One and Only’ and Ryan Gallagher impressed the viewers with Andrea Bocelli’s ‘Time To Say Goodbye.’

What to expect from the next episode?

After the premiere of the 4-way knockout performances in Episode 11 of the singing reality show, we can expect the viewer’s verdict on the first four contestants. Judges Kelly Clarkson and Gwen Stefani were left completely floored as they gave a standing ovation to Ryan Gallagher after he exhibited his exceptional opera skills. Also, looking at the fan reactions on the Internet, it appears viewers think Ryan might be declared as the winner from the first slot. A lot of social media users also extended their support to the singer as they felt he was the best out of the four. Apart from this, we will see the next slot of contestants battling their way out in 4-way knockout.

Current team standings

After the broadcast of Episode 11, Team Kelly stands strong with contestants Desz, Madeline Consoer, Tanner Gomes and Cami Clune. To reiterate, Ryan Gallagher was sent to the 4-way knockout. Team Gwen currently has Payge Turner, Ben Allen, Joseph Soul and the young lad Carter Rubin. Larriah Jackson was chosen as the 4-way knockout contestant.

Tamara Jade, Bailey Rae, Chloe Hogan, and John Holiday are currently part of John Legend’s team. Julia Cooper was picked for the first slot of 4-way knockout. Blake Shelton on the other hand, picked Taryn Papa for the 4-way knockout. His other team members include the mother-daughter trio Worth the Wait, Sid Kingsley, Jim Ranger and Ian Flanigan.

‘The Voice’ Season 19 is being hosted by Carson Daly. All the episodes will be aired on NBC. Fans can also catch the singing reality show on the official website of NBC and on their official app along with the network's new streaming service Peacock. Also, we will see Nick Jonas returning as a judge on NBC’s ‘The Voice’ in Season 20 replacing Gwen Stefani. The American crooner earlier sat on the big red chair in Season 18.
