Americans time and again proved their love for 15-year-old contestant Carter Rubin in the current season of ‘The Voice'. The talented young lad has been picked as one of the top five finalists in Season 19 of the singing reality show. The New York-based crooner was pitched against Ben Allen when he was chosen for the top five seats completely on the basis of votes.

Rubin, who represents Team Gwen, always got strong support from his coach and mentors from the very beginning of the show. In the semi-finals, Carter picked ‘The Rainbow Connection’ from ‘The Muppet Show’ which he pulled-off with a flawless performance that brought Gwen Stefani to tears. Carter had dedicated his performance to his 19-year-old brother who was diagnosed with autism at the age of two. Speaking about the same in the latest episode, he shared, “He does see the world a little differently. And that's not a bad thing. It can be beautiful.”

The viewers of ‘The Voice’ Season 19 took to Twitter to express their opinion on Carter reaching the finals. One user tweeted, “Finally catching up on the voice from last night. Carter Rubin has the prettiest voice! #TeamCarter.” One stated, “But Ian ain't gonna win now. A saved contestant has never won. Carter Rubin is the front runner now. #TheVoice #VoiceResults.” Another expressed, “Yes Carter Rubin is in the final. Gwen Stefani is going to win this season of #TheVoice #VoiceResults #TeamGwen." One user felt differently and added, "What kind of insane people put carter rubin and Jim ranger in the @NBCTheVoice finale.”
