'The Masked Singer' premiered with its bigger-than-ever premiere right after the Super Bowl LIV and we already witnessed one shocking unmasking that had fans claiming they knew all along which celebrity was under the mask.

A total of 18 new contestants will be battling it out in the coming weeks. They are divided into groups of three. As each group reaches the final three, they will be combined to form the final super nine who will be vying to be the last masked singer standing.

On Sunday night we witnessed the six contestants from Group A take to the stage and give their best. But sadly at the end of the episode, the one celebrity with the lowest votes was unmasked. The six masked celebrities that performed were White Tiger, Turtle, Miss Monster, Ilama, Robot and Kangaroo.

Returning to the judge's panel were celebrity detectives Robin Thicke, Nicole Scherzinger, Ken Jeong, and Jenny McCarthy. This week they were joined by a guest judge — actor, comedian, and singer Jamie Foxx.

After all the six were done performing, the audience and judges voted for the masked celebrity they liked the most. The celebrity with the least votes was eliminated, and that was none other than the Robot.

The Robot lit up the stage with his performance of 'Go My Way' by Lenny Kravitz and it was a shock to see him be the first celebrity to be unmasked on Sunday night.

In his clue package, he revealed, "I relate to robots because I've always felt the need to put on a tough outer shell. I think that makes me come across as inhuman, and it's stunted my potential."

Based out of all his clues, the judges' final guesses were Floyd Mayweather, Johnny Knoxville, Steve-O, Shaun White, and Flavor Flav. Unmasked, the celebrity under the Robot mask was none other than Grammy Award-winning rapper Lil Wayne.

This unmasking left judges shocked as no one expected it to be Lil Wayne under the mask. Though the judges were far from guessing right, fans on Twitter claim they knew it was the rapper under the Robot's mask all along.

"I'M SO HYPED! I CALLED THE ROBOT BEING LIL WAYNE!!! HOW DID I KNOOOW!? #TheMaskedSinger," a fan wrote. Another said, "Who cares about the super bowl, I guessed the robot was Lil' Wayne on #TheMaskedSinger in the beginning of his performance and boom I was right. So you tell me who's the real winner here."

"Everyone knew the robot was Lil Wayne except the judges but I’m still glad I guess it right  #TheMaskedSinger," a fan wrote while another said, "I guessed it ....i told my husband this sounds crazy but the robot sounds like Lil Wayne when he talks. #TheMaskedSinger."

"Literally I thought when that robot was singing 'This sounds like Lil Wayne's auto-tune... but there’s no way they could get him' and then... there he was #TheMaskedSinger," a fan wrote.

Lil Wayne revealed that he chose the Robot as his costume for his kids. Did you guess it right? Let us know in the comments below.  'The Masked Singer' Season 3 airs every Wednesday night on Fox. Check your local listings for more information.
