'The Handmaid's Tale' season 3 episode 4 may see Janine and her baby Charlotte reunite as well as June and Luke

The official Instagram handle 'HandmaidsonHulu' teased a reunion with a heartbreaking clip of Janine meeting the baby with a look of yearning, shock and a hint of joy. They captioned it, "The bond between mother and daughter is unbreakable."

To Gilead, she is Warren (Stephen Kunken) and Naomi Putnam's (Ever Carradine) daughter Angela, but for Janine, she is Charlotte and so she will be for us after we watch the reunion of Janine (Madeline Brewer) and her daughter. The official Instagram handle 'HandmaidsonHulu' teased this reunion with a heartbreaking clip of Janine meeting the baby with a look of yearning, shock and a hint of joy. They captioned it, "The bond between mother and daughter is unbreakable."

In the scene, we also see Serena Joy (Yvonne Strahovski), who is probably the one to orchestrate this meeting, but we will only know once the episode airs. Janine and baby Charlotte's reunion might not be the only one as official stills released by Hulu also hints at a reunion between Ofjoseph (Elisabeth Moss), Luke (O-T Fagbenle) and Moira ( Samira Wiley). Is this the reunion executive producer Warren Littlefield hinted at? He did specify that a scene between June and Luke will unravel in episode 5, so does that mean we will see the beginning of it in the next episode?

Speaking of this, Littlefield said, "Episode 5 from season 3 might be my favorite. Colin Watkinson who has been our director of photography actually directed the episode. It has a wonderful connection with June (Elisabeth Moss) and Luke Bankhole (O-T Fagbenle). There is more than just one moment where I just go to tears in the episode. It's beautiful photography, some spectacular performances and yes, you would definitely need some kleenex to get through the episode but I love it."

The Luke and June reunion has become a talking point among fans after one of them spotted an Instagram still of Luke's official transportation papers to Gilead in one them and even shared it on 'The Handmaid's Tale' subreddit. User Danielle8jew wrote, "PS - did any of ya'll see the IG stills a while back of props from the Season 3 shoot? I saw a passport for Luke and official transportation papers to Gilead in one of them. I think Luke is gonna come try and be noble and save his wife and kid."

While it is certain that Luke will have a moment with June, it is not clear if he would be heading to Gilead to save her. One of the other users, Starstrewn, also felt the same and wrote, "Wow. I gotta be honest here and say that I don’t think Luke is up to that challenge at all. It would be absurdly out of character for him to make any headway whatsoever other than getting caught immediately and ending up on the wall."
