'The Bold and the Beautiful' Spoilers: Is Thomas's life in danger? How Finn will intervene in time to save him
Spoilers for 'The Bold and the Beautiful'
Thomas Forrester's (Matthew Atkinson) latest predilection has us all concerned and confused. Is Thomas still so in love with Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) that he is hallucinating a mannequin to be Hope aka Faux Hope or is there something else that we need to be worried about? Of late, Thomas seems to be losing his grip on reality and after he unsuccessfully tried to make Hope stay longer at his apartment with their son, Douglas (Henry Joseph Samiri), after they had a nice family dinner, Thomas is left alone with Faux Hope.
Before Hope came over, Faux Hope had a plan -- Thomas hallucinated the mannequin telling him to make Hope fall for him no matter what. So when Hope leaves, Faux Hope is quite upset and urges Thomas to come clean about how he really feels. Just then, there's a knock on the door. It's Hope, who tells Thomas that Douglas is down the hall playing with Camden and she came back because she forgot her purse.
But is it really Hope? When Thomas apologizes for the night ending badly and she assures him, Thomas steps closer to tell her how amazing she is. The next thing we see is Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) arriving at Thomas's flat and heard the latter supposedly telling Hope that they will have a night to never forget. As Liam bursts in, he sees a shirtless Thomas making out with... the mannequin.
Liam rushes back to his ex and Thomas's sister, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) about what he saw, but the latter is not 100 percent convinced. In the next episode, we will see her boyfriend, Dr John "Finn" Finnegan's (Tanner Novlan) showing up to Thomas's aid after Steffy goes to him. Thomas has snapped back to reality by the unexpected arrival of his sister’s boyfriend. Will Finn pick up on what’s happening and perhaps finally come to believe what Liam’s been telling him about Thomas?
In fact, there could be some physical manifestation of what Thomas is experiencing. Fans may recall that Thomas has been having headaches for a while now, since Liam visited him a few episodes previously and Thomas hit his head, leading to a short blackout. Could Thomas be much more seriously injured than he had known? Will Finn get him the medical attention he needs?
Nevertheless, the whole Thomas-Hope-mannequin sort-of-love triangle has fans a little disturbed. One fan tweeted, "I remember tweeting about the mannequin when it first appeared and said I hope that Thomas doesn't kiss it. They went there today. I can't." Another wrote, "One last thing. Notice how Thomas is kissing the mannequin? that's because UNLIKE Steffy, Hope would NEVER even come close to cheating on her husband. #BoldandBeautiful." A fan opined, "@BandB_CBS #crazythomas #boldandbeautiful Ok, that whole thing with Thomas, the mannequin, and Hope; that is some crazy shi~. lol."
