'The Blacklist' Season 8 Episode 3: Why does Ressler still trust Liz? Fans call him a 'jacka**' as she plays him

As they say love is blind... and in the case of Ressler in 'The Blacklist', it's deaf and completely desensitized to the fact that your little crush tried to blow up a hospital with innocent people in it. The NBC show is back, with more thrills and chills. Liz (Megan Boone) has run rogue, or rather that seems to be a bit of an understatement for our protagonist.

Furious with Red (James Spader) for trying to kill her 'mother' Katarina, Liz has gone round the bend trying to murder Red, including planting a bomb in his car. However, Red's illness saved him at the right time, and he was taken to the hospital. Liz didn't stop there, as she rushed to the hospital to blow it up...forgetting that innocent people are there too, making fans call her a terrorist. Yet, Ressler still has a soft spot for Liz, and is reluctant to arrest her, and falls for her sweet, manipulative talk.

Fans are throwing the juiciest of insults at Ressler for doing so, dimwit being the most polite. "Ressler, ARREST HER! Oh... you're letting her "rest" for the night. Why does everyone fall for her shit?? She blew up a hospital!!!! And shouldn't she spend her last night with Agnes??? I hate her so much! And now I hate Ressler #TheBlacklist," an angry fan asked.

However, Keenler fans are just happy that the two are spending the night at Ressler's apartment. "So much happened this episode but I admit I'm super focused on the fact that Ressler & Liz are spending the night together at his apartment.  #Keenler #TheBlacklist," another wrote. "Ressler has a soft spot for Liz. And Liz is going to use that because it's his weakness. #TheBlacklist," one tweeted. "Ressler you are a dumb, stupid jackass. That is all. #Theblacklist," a fan wrote. "Oh for heavens sake, why yall making Ressler make stupid decisions too? She's the only idiot here #theblacklist," an angry fan tweeted.



 



 



 



 



 

It remains to be seen whether Liz can escape Red for too long. Fans hope that he recovers soon and puts her in place. 'The Blacklist' airs on Fridays at 8 pm on NBC.
