'The Bachelorette': Why didn't Dale have to strip? Fans ask is it because Clare has 'already seen him naked'

'If Dale was on this date, Clare would have his team loose every round so they would need to strip but some how still go to after party. #TheBachelorette,' tweeted a viewer

Rumor has it that Clare Crawley and her favorite suitor Dale Moss were a thing even before ABC’s dating reality show ‘The Bachelorette’ returned to television for Season 16. The chemistry between the duo has only strengthened the hearsay as they just couldn’t keep their hands off each other.

In the latest (October 20) episode of ‘The Bachelorette’, Clare and Dale don’t shy away from expressing their desire for each other’s bodies as they make the most of the "touch test" task. The bachelorette once again re-creates it during her date with Dale by placing a blindfold on him while asking her "future husband" to feel her up to his content.

The episode also headlines for showcasing one of the most-talked-about tasks which involved the men to strip naked for a dodgeball game. Even though Clare’s chemistry with Dale has been at its peak, she wouldn’t miss out on an opportunity to hug naked sweaty suitors from the losing team, owing to months of no intimacy due to coronavirus-induced restrictions.

However, viewers were rather surprised to notice that Clare didn’t pick Dale for the dodgeball game, despite introducing her own rule which had the suitors playing naked. Neither did she talk about Dale’s absence from the ball game once during the episode.

The fact that one of the most desired bachelors and Clare’s evidently favorite men didn’t strip has gathered a wide range of reactions on social media. One of the fans even asked if Clare was not so keen on watching Dale strip during dodgeball as she has “already seen him naked.”

Meanwhile, the majority of them have expressed a different opinion as to how Clare may have been "pissed" for not getting to see Dale take his clothes off. One shared a meme with the caption, "Clare after the strip dodge ball date to the producers because Dale wasn’t on the date", while another added, "Clare after playing strip dodgeball yelling at producers for not putting Dale on that date #TheBachelorette". One tweeted, "If Dale was on this date, Clare would have his team loose every round so they would need to strip but some how still go to after party. #TheBachelorette."
