Who is Brooklyn Willie?

Brooklyn, a "rodeo country girl" looking for love, is one of the 30 suitors expected to feature in the show's forthcoming season. The 25-year-old is a two-stepping pro and a graduate of Oklahoma State University, where she was a member of the OKState Rodeo Team. The Season 27 cast member developed her enthusiasm for horse barrel racing at the age of 13 and went on to study animal science. Her lifelong ambition is to become a professional rodeo cowgirl while also training horses. She does, however, work as a lab designer for an oral surgery clinic. Brooklyn crafts custom teeth for life-saving dental procedures as part of her current job.

Brooklyn was born in 1997 and will be 26 years old in 2023. Her hometown is Mineola, Texas. She grew up in Texas and finished her official schooling there. Her Facebook page states that she attended Harmony High School and graduated in the mid-2010s. She then relocated to Stillwater, Oklahoma, where she attended Oklahoma State University from 2016 to 2020. Brooklyn graduated with a bachelor's degree in Animal Sciences to achieve her ambition of becoming a horse trainer.

Brooklyn is a professional barrel racer. She appears to have been working in the profession for a few years. According to Comparably, the average yearly pay for a Barrel Racer in the United States is $64,168. The pay varies from $19,910 to $187,200 each year. As a result, Brooklyn must likewise earn in that range.

Brooklyn has not revealed the name of her father but has shared multiple snaps with her mother, Tobey Clifton Willie, across her social media platforms. She uploaded a sweet photo with two people we assume are her mother and grandma, Debi "Dolly" Clifton, while wishing her parents a happy Mother's Day. In the post, she referred to them as the two most important ladies in her life, and she described herself as fortunate beyond measure to have them by her side. She also has a younger sister named, Raylee. According to her Instagram account, she is a member of Texas A&M University's Department of Animal Science.

In March 2019, she shared a photo with her pals almost manifesting her spot in a future season of 'The Bachelor.' "Sneak peek of next season of The Bachelor and our first rose ceremony 😉🌹," she wrote in her caption.

Brooklyn is currently single. Given that she joined 'The Bachelor,' she must be looking for Mr. Right. However, the Texas native has previously engaged in relationships. In September 2017, she posted several photos of herself having fun with a lovely man. "Happy birthday to this sweet, caring, goofy, total “heart eye” man of mine," the Oklahoma graduate wrote alongside the images. "I hope your day is as perfect as you. I love you!" "Proud to be your girlfriend," the reality show participant said in another picture, along with a heart emoji. She seemed to have broken up with the man.

According to her ABC profile, "Brooklyn hasn’t had the easiest path when it comes to her relationship history, so she’s ready for a fresh start with the Bachelor. Will Zach be the perfect cowboy for this fun-loving cowgirl? Only time will tell."

While Zach is practically a stranger to most of the girls in the forthcoming season, Brooklyn is one of four girls who has already met him on 'The Bachelorette: After the Final Rose.' Brianna Thorbourne, Christina Mandrell, Bailey Brown, and Catherine "Cat" Wong were among those who appeared in the episode.

'The Bachelor' contestant emerges as a villain in later episodes

On January 18, Reality Steve reported, "In the back half of the season, that role (villain) will pretty much be taken over by Brooklyn." He added, "Just heard she was a pot stirrer and was in the middle of a lot of drama. We know she gets to episode #7 and is eliminated on her 1-on-1 date. But from all I’ve been told, just liked to instigate things that seemingly would keep her on TV."

Most seasoned reality TV watchers are aware that certain participants are subjected to the "villain edit," while others choose to act in a way that gives them more screen time in order to remain on the show for a longer period of time. Brooklyn looks to be in the latter camp. Nobody will know for sure until viewers see the episodes for themselves. Fans will have to wait until the show airs to get the complete narrative.

'The Bachelor' Season 27 will begin on ABC on Monday, January 23, at 8 pm ET.
