‘Temptation Island’: David says he’s falling for Toneata but fans question his feelings
‘Temptation Island’ star David has already earned the wrath of fans when he went ahead and had “threesome” on the show, then later began showing interest in another girl on the Island: Toneata. For the past few episodes, we have been seeing him forming a connection with the former beauty queen. However, in the latest episode, we saw David revealing that he’s falling for her and that she’s the girl he has been waiting for all his life!
That’s a pretty bold statement to say about a girl he has known for less than a month, and fans aren’t buying David’s feelings for Toneata. Several fans think that David is just physically attracted to the 23-year-old temptress and isn’t really in love with her.
A fan tweeted, “David hasn't complimented Toneata on anything but her appearance. Girl of his dreams, more like the girl of his wet dreams #TemptationIsland”.
Another fan wrote, “I have no feels about David & Toneata together. I don't feel it one bit. #TemptationIsland”. “David u ain't in love it's nothing but lust #TemptationIsland”, pointed out a fan. Another fan expressed, “DUDE TOENETA?? That’s the girl you’ve been waiting for your whole life David?? Or until the next hot blonde comes by? #TemptationThursday @TemptationTV #TemptationIsland”.

David and Kate were in a relationship for three years before they came on the show to prove that Kate could trust David even when she wasn’t around. But within the first week itself, we saw David take shower with a girl, and later proceed to have a threesome.
In the previous episode, we saw Kate’s scathing video message which left David feeling sorry and crying his eyes out about hurting Kate and expressing his strong love for her. But immediately in the next episode, we see him moving on swiftly onto Toneata and declaring his love for her, and sharing their “first kiss”, post which David thinks they’re official. So, it comes as little surprise that fans aren’t buying this new “love” in David’s life.
