LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Online critics mocked 'Teen Mom' star Farrah Abraham after she took to Instagram, asserting that she bore no resemblance to Kim Kardashian. Some fans perceived her statement as a subtle dig at Kim Kardashian's appearance.
Fans ridiculed Farrah, suggesting that she was ignorant enough not to discern between insults and compliments. Some used Farrah's post to remind Kim that excessive surgery had allegedly altered her appearance to resemble Farrah's, implying that both celebrities had undergone botched cosmetic procedures.
Unaware of the references, Farrah shared a post asserting her differences from Kim Kardashian, highlighting their distinct ethnic backgrounds. Farrah emphasized her Syrian heritage, contrasting it with Kim's Armenian roots, suggesting that their appearances naturally varied. However, the internet quickly seized upon Farrah's statement, ridiculing her for seemingly failing to grasp the nuances of ethnicity and appearance.
"Farrah has been trying to be Kim for a decade. This comparison is her ultimate goal," a user mocked on Reddit. "I'm sorry but Kim normally is much prettier, not even close to as botched as farrah," said another. "Only Farrah would take looking fake as a compliment!" added another.
Several others trolled the reality star, mocking her for seemingly interpreting the insult as a compliment. "If you had to give either of them an ethnicity based on their appearance it would be Plastic," said one.
