'Teen Mom 2': Leah hints that she is not getting back with Jeremy, says it's for the best
Leah Messer and Jeremy Calvert had been thinking about getting back together but it seems like that has now become a distant dream. In today's episode of 'Teen Mom 2', Leah decided to accompany her sister, Victoria, to court since she had her divorce hearing lined up. Leah thought that she could prove to be a support system for her sister but didn't realize that the situation will make her relive her memories.
Leah has been divorced two times and both the times it wasn't a pleasant experience for her. Going back to court and going through the steps for the divorce she remembered how things were with Jeremy before the pair decided to separate.
Leah remembered that things were never great between the two with Jeremy often taking her for granted. She recalled how easy it was for Jeremy to pick up the phone and call her to inform that he would be filing for divorce.
Talking to her sister, Leah understood that she did not want to go down the road again. She thought that she would be giving hopes to their daughter and did not want to burst her bubble if things did not work out.
To make her point more strong, Leah took in an example from the situation they were facing at the moment. Leah and Jeremy had been talking about going on dates but all their discussion ended up going nowhere. She added that they had been planning to go out for a dinner but time and again Jeremy would postpone it and leave her hanging.
Leah understood that Jeremy may not have changed so much and was still the same like he was when they were first married. She thought it was in the best interest of everyone that she took a step back and disconnected from him for a while.
Even though the pair have been in good terms when it comes to co-parenting, it looks like the two are not on the same page when it comes to their romantic relationship.
