LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: One thing is always to be sure if Taraji P. Henson gets cast in any comedy genre movie or series, it will reach a new height of comedic relief. Speaking of comedy series, 'Abbott Elementary' has been crossing bounds being a mockumentary sitcom television series that fans didn't expect much from earlier when it was released. The series premiered as a midseason entry in the 2021–22 television season in December just before Christmas. However, the ABC series' first season was nominated for seven Primetime Emmy Awards, winning three. Now, we hear prior to the second season's finale, (which is near) a major addition has been made to this Quinta Brunson-created series. Nevertheless, as we have mentioned Brunson, we are ought to mention her fabulous cast. The ensemble cast includes Tyler James Williams, Janelle James, Lisa Ann Walter, Chris Perfetti, William Stanford Davis, and Sheryl Lee Ralph. Plan for a Memorial Day

'Abbot Elementary's official Twitter account posted a photo of star and executive producer Quinta Brunson (Janine) and Henson with a caption that reads, “about that episode titled ‘mom’ you saw earlier…” Nevertheless, ABC’s official logline for the episode reads: Janine’s plan for a Memorial Day weekend solo trip is derailed when her mother shows up unannounced asking for help. Elsewhere, Gregory notices his colleagues are great at small talk and realizes he needs to brush up on his people skills.



 

'A win for the world'

Fans couldn't believe their eyes, they were confused if their favorite stars were being cheeky or real. One fan said, "Idk if this is April Fools or not," while another added, "It’s April 1st so I don’t beleive this lol." A fan commented, "This better not be an April Fools joke." However, other fans were quite happy. A fan said, "More Taraji P Henson is a win for the world." The episode written by Ava Coleman is scheduled to air on April 12, the penultimate episode of Season 2, a week ahead of the season finale set for April 19.
