SuperM announce Q&A meeting with fans to build anticipation ahead of 'Super One' album release
South Korean boy group SuperM want to meet with fans around the world before their highly-anticipated debut album. Announced as a special live broadcast, the K-pop supergroup will be "Meeting fans before comeback," according to the Korean news outlet, Korea Dispatch.
Titled 'SuperM Super One COUNTDOWN LIVE' the virtual broadcast will air on September 25 at 12:10pm KST / September 24 at 11.10 pm EST. The actual release date of their album 'Super One' will be on September 25 at 1 pm KST / 12 am EST, so SuperM will be kicking off their meeting with fans nearly an hour before the LP's release. Not only can fans watch the boys build up anticipation to the release of their long-awaited debut LP, but also put forth their questions for members Ten, Baekhyun, Lucas, Taemin, Taeyong, Kai and Mark. SuperM will also be hosting Q&A sessions during the event, as well as doing some album unboxing.

SuperM's management company SM Entertainment, as well as the group, have not let fans down when it comes to updates but have given out a multitude of teasers and announcements for 'Super One'. If you hop onto the band's Instagram account, you can find a string of stunning promotional pics with individual members that have been split into multiple posts. In each pic (if you combine the posts), the South Korean heartthrobs pose with dreamy imagery in various red, orange blue and purple shades.

SuperM previously teased their upcoming album as well as one of its featured singles, titled ‘One (Monster & Infinity)’, on September 15. Their posts came in a similar uploading style with a poster divided into six separate posts, showing the seven-member boy group posing in various red and white attire, ranging from tracksuits to baggy shorts to slick suits and more. The lead song's title , ‘One (Monster & Infinity)’, and message imply that we all have a superpower to overcome difficulties if we band together as a unified "one."
Similarly, K-pop group BTS also held a live countdown broadcast on YouTube, although unlike SuperM's build-up to an album, BTS' countdown came to kick off the release of a single, their new hit song 'Dynamite'.
