Dealing with Covid-19 has not been easy. Definitely not for the Charleston-ers, who couldn't wait any longer to step out and have a good day at the beach. Madison LeCroy took the initiative to set up a perfect day at Capers Island, a 30-minute ferry ride from the city. It was meant to be attended by the tight-knit friends' group who appear on 'Southern Charm'. However, this time there was an exception. Leva Bonaparte brought along friend Venita Aspen who fans can't stop talking about.

Who is Venita?

She is a freelance model and the creative director-producer of The Aspen Agency, a video company that creates content for brands. She comes with an open mind, which "allowed her a vast array of experiences". The reality TV star runs a website that has everything one needs to know about her and more. Venita regularly writes blogs that document her travels, fashion choices and product reviews.

How is she connected to the show?

Venita is a part of 'Southern Charm' in the capacity of a friend. She met the cast for the first time in this week's episode (which aired on January 7). But maybe it was not the best way to introduce her to the group. The dynamics among the friends got awkward as soon as Austen Kroll, Madison's ex, set foot. The tense chemistry between the former couple was palpable.

In addition to that, Danni Baird and Kathryn Dennis decided to bring their baggage to the scene by discussing why they are not being BFFs to each other any more. Meanwhile, here's what fans have to say about Venita's maiden appearance.

"Let’s get rid of madison and bring in venita full time ??? #SouthernCharm," a fan commented while another shared: "We're how many episodes in and Venita is just meeting cast for the first time? Not a single solo scene introducing or showing how she's connected to #SouthernCharm. This is embarrassing and painful."

"Venita looks great in that blue dress. Hopefully she’ll be on more and become part of the group. Want to know more about her and Charleston from her view #SouthernCharm," a fan expressed.

"If Bravo is gonna finally acknowledge people of color in Charleston, Venita has already been more interesting this season than Ka*h*yn opening boxes and claiming she had no idea monkeys were even animals much less racist symbols, make Venita full time #SouthernCharm," another tweeted.
