'Southern Charm' Season 8: Fans ask if Leva got 'paid extra' to start fight at Venita and Madison's party
It isn't a party on 'Southern Charm' without champagne and a fight. While most of the parties on the show start off tame, fans can expect drama by the end of it, with someone calling the other out or bringing up old beef, resulting in everyone taking sides. And of course, Season 8 is no different.
First, it was Kathryn's birthday party where she and Naomie went to each other. Then, it was Naomie's party, where everyone came for Olivia for defending Kathryn. Now, it looks like it is Venita and Madison's turn, as their joined birthday celebration was a little more eventful than they planned for it to be.

As the ladies gathered to celebrate Venita and Madison's birthdays, it seemed as though they were ready to move past the drama. Venita was not too thrilled that Madison invited Kathryn and Olivia without asking, but went along with it anyway. She even asked Leva about how to move past the whole drama, with Leva encouraging her to have an open conversation. The party was going smoothly, for the most part, seeing that everyone was cordial with each other until they weren't, that is. When Patricia suggested that they bury the hatchet and move on, Leva was quick to suggest that they should stop burying things under the rug and clear the air instead. And while this might have seemed like an innocent suggestion, it had a snowball effect, seeing that the quiet garden party soon turned into an all-out argument. Fans called out Leva for starting the fire and ruining what was a relatively nice birthday celebration.
"So did Leva get paid extra for the whole “let’s clear the air” act?#SouthernCharm" said a fan. "Nice Leva. Good job. I say this in my sarcasm voice. #SouthernCharm" added another. "#SouthernCharm Leva is nothing more than a toilet plunger….always bringing up old SHIT!! Didn’t you hear Patricia say clean slate!!!" wrote a fan. "Leva did NOT have good intentions… She was absolutely trying to cause trouble. Way to f--k up the party Leva…. #SouthernCharm" declared a fan. "Watch Leva kick this fight off, so later they can say Kathryn ruined the party. She may, but she wasn’t the one that insisted it be fixed at a birthday party where someone wasn’t thrilled with someone else’s engagement already. #SouthernCharm" wrote a fan.
