'Songland' set to return for Season 2 with Lady Antebellum looking for next star and fans are excited
'Songland' Season 2 is all set to premiere in less than a day. That's what we've all been waiting for and fans cannot be more excited to see what the new season holds for us.
The wait is finally over folks, NBC's groundbreaking series, 'Songland' Season 2 is all set to premiere on Monday night helping us return to brief normalcy during the current coronavirus pandemic, making the lockdown less boring.
The series provides up and coming songwriters with the chance to get their song recorded by a chart-topping artiste. The song that the guest artiste picks is released worldwide immediately after the episode is released.
To help songwriters with their songs, the series has three panelists/mentors who will critique their songs. They will also help songwriters produce/rewrite their songs according to the guest artistes' style and needs. The three panelists are Ryan Tedder, Ester Dean and Shane McAnally.

The guest artistes this season include Boyz II Men, Florida Georgia Line, Luis Fonsi, HER, Lady Antebellum, Martina McBride, Julia Michaels, Ben Platt, Bebe Rexha and Usher.
In the first episode that is set to premiere on Monday night, Grammy Award-winning country-pop trio, Lady Antebellum will be appearing looking for their next hit single followed by Usher the next week.
With barely less than a day left for the series to premiere, fans on Twitter cannot contain their excitement. "Cannot wait for #Songland (Superstar artists and aspiring songwriters work together in life-changing collaborations.) ... wish this show was on every day! #SoGood," a fan wrote.
