'Snowpiercer' Episode 8: Fans cheer the mutiny storyline but say no one knows how 'crucial Melanie is' onboard

'These Are His Revolutions' alternates between two storylines — Melanie (Jennifer Connelly) and the mutiny. The former is caught for her secret of Mr Wilford not even being on the train while the tailies led by Layton (Daveed Diggs) and Bess Till (Mickey Sumner) take on the carriages one at a time even forcing Commander Grey (Timothy V Murphy) to retreat. Fans on Twitter lauded the writing and the episode as a whole.

Some fans focused on Melanie's storyline in the episode. "you should be ashamed of yourself Mel, how can you look at Miles. You killed his tail mom Josie #Snowpiercer #Snowpiercertv," a fan exclaimed. "#Snowpiercer They planning to overthrow Melanie but..... when the train stops. Another extinction event? Smh. They just don’t know how crucial she is," a fan tweeted.
"You didn't know he's been dead for yrs bc Melanie ran the train like Willford hired her to do Ruth & didn't create panic by telling you all he was dead. It's not like there was an alternative. There's ice all around you. Her methods of running it was off #Snowpiercer," read one of the tweets.
