'Sister Wives' Season 18 star Christine Brown rejects Robyn's friendship, says 'I couldn't trust her'

The relationship between Christine and Robyn became tense after Kody Brown spent time at each of the wives' homes

MURRAY, UTAH: 'Sister Wives' Season 18 star Christine Brown​ recently revealed why she rejected Robyn Brown's friendship and couldn't trust her.

In a sneak peek of the upcoming episode of the TLC show, Christine admitted she cannot trust Robyn.

During her confession, Christine admitted, "I want you to know, I would have rejected Robyn's friendship anyway."

She further added, "If Robyn approached me, and wanted to be friends, I would have not wanted to be friends still. Because I couldn't trust her."

The relationship between Christine and Robyn became tense after Kody Brown spent time at each of the wives' homes.

Christine asserted that Kody showed favoritism towards Robyn, while Robyn countered that this was merely an assumption on Christine's part.

Robyn Brown claims she wanted to be friends with Christine Brown

Robyn Brown revealed that she wanted a good relationship with Christine Brown. In a previous episode of the TLC show, Robyn expressed to Meri Brown, "I always thought that eventually, she would open herself up to a relationship with me."

She continued, "You know, figure that stuff out. You know, figure out whatever her issue was. I tried very hard to be kind to her."

Robyn then shared that she was "constantly holding out an olive branch to Christine."

She further revealed that she consistently wanted the relationship, and constantly tried to ask her, "What can I do?"

However, Christine allegedly only ever responded that she was "just jealous" of Kody's fourth wife.

Robyn emotionally admitted, "There are so many times when Christine and I have had so much fun."

she added, "I feel like we really did have the potential of just having a great relationship, and I just never understood why we couldn't. And I just don't know how to come to terms with the heartbreak of it."

Christine slams Kody Brown for suggesting she was not a good 'Sister wife'

Christine Brown called out Kody Brown for suggesting she was not a good sister wife to his three other wives.

In a confession, Christine admitted that she was a gracious sister wife to Janelle but not so much to Meri.

The reality star also said, "But I don't think Kody cares about Meri. He's basically saying I'm not interested in having a relationship with you because you're not the best sister wife with Robyn."

Christine continued, "Hmm, who had a great relationship with Robyn for years yet he wasn't attracted to her? Oh yeah, that would be Meri. He's full of s**t, I'm sorry. That's ridiculous."

Meanwhile, in a separate confession, Kody shared, "It wasn't ever really about Robyn, it was about her whole experience in plural marriage with other wives."

Kody Brown hasn't contacted with Christine's kids

In the most recent episode of the TLC show, Christine admitted that there is tension between her ex-husband Kody Brown and their children.

The uproar started when Kody's ex-wife, Janelle shared, "Kody did not see the boys or Savanah over Christmas."

Savanah also confirmed that Kody hasn't spoken to her since her birthday.

Christine, on the other hand, broke down and stated, "Savanah's birthday is at the beginning of December, and it's the middle of January. He lives a half hour away. He comes into town. It's just this pattern that he has."

In November 2021, Christine became the first of four wives to publicly announce her separation from Kody.
