'Sister Wives': Christine Brown's brother Ross LeBaron charged with 1st-degree rape of daughter
MURRAY, UTAH: 'Sister Wives' star Christine Brown has mainly been in the limelight because of her polyamorous relationship with Kody Brown. The star has now become the talk of the town as her brother's felony offenses have come to the surface. Christine's brother Ross LeBaron is accused of constantly raping his daughter.
Ross has been held accountable for three counts of 1st-degree felony rape. Well, it seems that 'Sister Wives' star's brother has his own theory of justifying the crime. They have apparently been following the polygamist life so devotionally that they started to see themselves as the descendants of Jesus. This belief seems to have plagued the entire life of Christine's brother.

Who is Christine Brown's brother Ross LeBaron?
Christine and Ross are siblings by relation. Ross LeBaron Jr is 80 years old and is the son of Ross LeBaron Sr. LeBaron Sr was a brother to Christine's grandfather Floren LeBaron, making Christine and Ross first cousins. However, According to Cheat Sheet's report, both were raised in different polygamist communities. The Brown family followed practices of plural marriage based on the teachings of a Mormon fundamentalist group called Apostolic United Brethren. On the other hand, the LeBarons created a competing group called The Church of the Firstborn. Indeed, they believe they are the direct descendants of Jesus Christ.
Ross LeBaron is charged with raping and impregnating his adult daughter
Without Crystal Ball has uploaded the plaintiff filed against Ross in Sixth district court, Kanab Kane City, Utah. According to the documents, Ross is held accountable for 3 counts of the 1st-degree felony of rape. The first count states, "RAPE, a first-degree felony, in violation of 76-5-402 in that Ross Wesley LeBaron on or about the month of May 2011 did have sexual intercourse with another person without the victim's consent." The document further explained that Ross had sexual intercourse with the victim without her permission on or about the month of April 2015. He is further reported to have sexual intercourse with another person without consent on December 12, 2016. According to the legal documents obtained the defendant had "sexual intercourse with his adult daughter multiple times without her consent over a period of many years."
Ross' deeds were brought to light by his sons in 2008. They made their suspicion public about Ross fathering his own grandchildren. It was confirmed when Ross' DNA matched several of his grandchildren. However, Ross was not charged with anything until 2022 when his daughter came forward to press charges.
Ross LeBaron justifies rape with his 'pure seed' theory
Ross is accused of raping his daughter, beginning when the daughter was a minor and continuing into adulthood. The legal documents claim, "the defendant engaged in a pattern of emotional and psychological abuse and control that included an indoctrination of religious beliefs about perpetuating a pure race by propagating children with father." The rape in May 2011 resulted in the birth of twin babies and the rape in 2014 resulted in the birth of another child.
According to the reports, Ross believes in "pure seed." This is held by some fundamentalist polygamists. This is a belief that has plagued the polygamist Mormon fundamentalist community into thinking that they are the direct descendants of Jesus Christ and must preserve their bloodline by impregnating their own daughters.
