'Siesta Key': Juliette and Alex relationship hangs by a thread, Kelsey accuses Garrett of sleeping with others
'Siesta Key' is on a mid-season break and will return with even more drama.
While Juliette Porter will be seen with new guy Sam Logan, Alex Kompothecras will focus on being a responsible partner to Alyssa Salerno, who his pregnant with his baby. Basically, Juliette and Alex will have moved on from their adventurous Nashville trip, during which they hooked up multiple times. Both were equally aware that they had crossed the line, especially Juliette.
Upon returning, she told friend-roommate Kelsey Owens what happened between her and Alex in Nashville in a very regrettable tone. She was upset that what happened, happened.
In a recent interview with US Weekly, she maintained her stance about the incident but also explained that they were all in a different state of mind and that it was only after they arrived in 'Siesta Key' that they realized what had happened.
Juliette and Alex sleeping together sparked hopes that they would finally forget their past and come back together again. But, it's only for the best that they've parted ways. There's a lot of unsaid conversations, hate, angst, and feelings of betrayal that plague their relationship, which is why they are their best selves with other people.
Alex seems happy and involved in his new role as a to-be father. Although he had never planned for a baby, Juliette told the publication that he is happy and will be a good dad because he is good with kids. But, he is still not over Juliette because he is upset that she is dating Sam (Alex's friend).
"He’s still mad that I’m dating Sam. He’s still very upset about it. We don’t hang out. Alex pretty much cut off all his friends that are friends with me," she said. With Alex, it's almost as if he doesn't want a fresh start and keeps going back to Juliette in the most subtle ways possible. He even got into occasional tiffs with Robby Hayes, a digital marketing person Juliette briefly dated.
But, that's just them putting up a civil front. In the preview, Juliette seems to orchestrate a plan, using which she intends to expose Alex and her sexual encounters in Nashville. Alyssa has an idea but isn't ready to believe Juliette's stories.
Where will the big reveal leave Alex and Alyssa's relationship? Only time will tell.
Meanwhile, JJ and Amanda Miller will part ways and Kelsey and Garrett Miller will end up in a bitter argument where she confronts him for sleeping with other women.
In a nutshell, the relationships and existing equations are all set to go haywire when 'Siesta Key' returns.
