The much-awaited 'Sherman's Showcase is finally here. What better way to celebrate Juneteenth than to watch our favorite celebrities celebrate black culture. The latest installment of 'Sherman's Showcase' celebrates Black History Month. In a typical Sherman style, the host- Bashir Salahuddin might be a couple of months late to hop onto the black history month celebration, but that doesn't mean that the episode is any less funny or entertaining.

The show which is inspired by 'Soul Train', 'Pee-Wee's Playhouse' and 'Burt Sugarman's Midnight Express', opened with a lively dance performance with the host Sherman introducing the lineup of stars we will be seeing later on the show. For the first sketch, we see the executive producer of the show and John Legend, the first black recipient of 'EGOT' (Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony Awards), being interviewed by our favorite host Sherman.

We see Sherman wearing Google glasses during the interview. As he sits across John, he begins the interview by declaring how he is a big fan of John and loved his most recent song 'All of Me'. At which point, John points out that the song is quite old and has had many recent songs. Sherman cuts off John and declares that he is fully prepared for the interview and begins spitting out some technical points about the notes of 'All of Me'. At which point, John stops him and asks if he was googling him. Sherman pretends like he isn't looking up John on the search engine, and continues reading some more trivia about the artist and the song. John gets annoyed and asks Sherman to stop because he clearly has no idea about him or his work.

Now, it is Sherman's turn to quiz John. He reminds John that the interview is about Black History month and asks him what he knows about black history. John puts on his own goggles and begins reading out the search results from black history. He by mistake reads out '404 Server Not Found.' Sherman stops him and asks what he meant by that. The 'All of Me' singer quickly covers up his tracks by saying that 404 represents Atlanta, where there is a significant chunk of black population. Then conjures a story about how some black customers weren't allowed to place an order in a cafe and were instead asked to make their own drinks in the kitchen. The funny sketch ends with both of them realizing that they didn't know much about anything and just laugh it off.
