By now we all know the importance of drinking water, and staying hydrated, well enough. Yet most of us fail to meet the goal of drinking our daily 3 liters of water. The bland flavor of the water fails to draw people to it.

A husband and wife duo from California will be pitching an exciting product on the upcoming episode of 'Shark Tank' that might push even the fussiest of water drinkers into drinking enough water. Read on to know all about Aura Bora – a flavored sparkling water brand.

Teasing their appearance on the show, the official Instagram handle of the brand posted, "What in the name of reality TV is this??? A trained eye might say that disapproving look is aimed at @mcuban, but who can say for sure. We promise we’ll stop posting about Shark Tank soon but just not yet."

What is Aura Bora?

Aura Bora is a one-of-a-kind sparkling water, with plant-based flavors. Made of herbal extracts, fruits, and flowers, this sparkling water brand boasts of an aroma and taste that will reportedly leave you with "good feelings".These sparkling water cans are free of artificial ingredients, sugar, sodium, and are also zero calories. It goes without saying that these are gluten-free, non-GMO, and vegan. 

What are the Auro Bora flavors?

Aura Bora is currently available in five unique, and bold flavors to satiate your taste buds. Cactus Rose flavor is made of natural prickly pear flavor, rose flower extract, and lemongrass leaf extract. The lavender cucumber flavor will leave you refreshed with its subtle lavender and cucumber extracts. For the bold and adventurous ones, there is peppermint and watermelon flavor.

If you're looking for a more fruity flavor, then basil berry flavor might be the one for you. For the tropical flavor lovers, there is lemongrass and coconut flavored sparkling water.

Who are the founders?

Aura Bora was founded by a husband-wife duo- Paul and Madeline Voge. The couple came up with several unique and delicious flavors while playing around with their SodaStream, which eventually pushed them to launch Aura Bora.

Paul worked at a holding company that started businesses, funded businesses and acquired businesses, prior to setting up Aura Bora. While his wife, Madeline was a copywriter, art director, and brand strategist. Madeline is currently the Creative Director of their company, while Paul is the CEO. 

What is the cost?

These sparkling water cans are currently available only as a pack of 12. Each pack of 12 cans — including flavors Cactus Rose, Peppermint Watermelon, Lavender Cucumber, Basil Berry and Lemongrass Coconut —costs $30.The website is currently running a special 15% discount on their products.

We just have to wait to see what it really was.
