Ryan Seacrest's stylist claims he grabbed her genitals after he's cleared by E!

In November last year, Ryan Seacrest denied claims of sexual abuse made by his former stylist at E! News even as the network conducted an independent investigation.

Months later, the 'American Idol' host was found to be innocent as investigators found insufficient evidence to prove his alleged acts of sexual misconduct. However, a new report details what Suzie Hardy, Seacrest's former stylist had to endure.

Hardy, who worked with Seacrest from 2006 to 2013, told her lawyer that her boss would grind his erect penis against her while clad only in his underwear.

Hardy, a single mom, alleged that he once grabbed her by the genitals and slapped her on the buttocks. She was also invited to work after office hours at his home and other locations. However, Hardy stuck on as the pay was good and she had a schedule that allowed her to pick up her child from pre-school.

"I didn’t know how to deal with it," Hardy said, adding, "I really didn’t. I was battling finally being in a decent financial position to breathe and be a mom, that I didn’t have to be freaking out all the time, and then dealing with this infantile celebrity person who was testing me on every level and manipulating me and knew that I was in a vulnerable position."

Hardy, however, revealed to a co-worker about the sexual misconduct she facing from Seacrest. She finally brought it to the attention of the human resource department at E! in 2013 after which she lost her employment.

According to Variety, Hardy's lawyer Howard King wrote to E! in November 2017 about Seacrest's alleged sexual abuse, and threatened "formal action" against the TV host.

Nevertheless, Seacrest vehemently denied behaving untoward to Hardy. E!'s parent company NBC Universal introduced a third party to investigate Hardy's claims but he was cleared of sexual harassment.

In Hardy's words, Seacrest was found not guilty because the investigator failed to interview four witnesses who could attest to her story.

"I felt like by the third interview, it was obvious the investigator was whitewashing it for Seacrest’s side," Hardy said.

In response, E! spokesperson said, "Over the course of a two-month process, our outside counsel interviewed more than two dozen people regarding the allegations, including multiple separate meetings with the claimant. Any claims that question the legitimacy of this investigation are completely baseless."
