'RuPaul's Drag Race' might be host-mentor RuPaul Andre Charles' baby but no one is as involved as Michelle Visage is. She tours with the queens as and when needed, and has been on the judges' panel of the show every episode since Season 3. The TV star had to give the first two seasons a miss because of contractual obligations. She is now all set to resume her role as a fierce, no-nonsense judge again when the show premieres tonight.

Michelle is 52 years old and adopted. She began her career in 1990 as part of an R&B dance vocal trio Seduction. Two years later, she launched her journey with girl group The S.O.U.L. S.Y.S.T.E.M. as a leading vocalist. One of the songs recorded by the band, titled 'It’s Gonna Be A Lovely Day', featured in the Kevin Costner and Whitney Houston starrer 'The Bodyguard'. She used the fee to buy a house for her father.

Despite being known for having multiple sexual partners on the VH1-backed show, Michelle has been in a steady marriage since 1997. Her and husband David Case share two daughters, Lillie and Lola.

She has always been passionate about her life and work. She calls herself a drag queen and is known for her humor across borders. Michelle is not only a household name in the USA, but the United Kingdom also recognizes her as a force to reckon with when it comes to drag. She was a judge on 'Ireland's Got Talent' and a participant in 'Celebrity Big Brother UK' and 'Strictly Come Dancing' Season 17.

According to a Celebrity Net Worth report, Michelle's net worth is valued at $2 million, a chunk of which was spent when she bought her sprawling California home that has been designed keeping her pets, Romeo and Daisy, in mind. The house features enough and more rounded off cushions and padded furniture, Daily Mail reported.

There's enough garden area for them to run around and floor-to-ceiling windows for a clearer outdoor view. The mansion even boasts of a walk-in dressing area that is complete with shiny shoes and a wig stand.

Catch Season 13 premiere of 'RuPaul's Drag Race' on VH1 on January 1, Friday at 8/7c. For more information, check your local listings.
