'RuPaul's Drag Race: All-Stars' returned with yet another explosive episode. Like every week, this time too, it was one with unexpected twists and turns. Shea Coulee, who won the maxi and lip-sync challenges last week, got pushed to the bottom three. She was shocked and so were her fans on social media, who were relieved when returning queen Monet X Change announced that the secret group had picked Mariah Paris Balenciaga to go home.

According to the new set of rules, if the guest drag queen wins a lip-sync battle against the main queen, she gets to deliver the verdict of an unknown group who had picked a contestant of their choice for elimination. Unexpected, but that's the point of it all. The showrunners are probably trying to make a point that nothing is obvious on the show anymore. The rules have been shuffled, given a 360-degree makeover and the lip-sync battle is no longer the same.

Meanwhile, some viewers have expressed that India Ferrah should have been booted. However, they are simply glad that Shea is still in the game. "WOW! Mariah over busted tha house India? Can’t say I agree, but thank goodness Shea didn’t get the boot from these queens being nothing but threatened. #AllStars5 #dragrace #rupaulsdragrace," a user tweeted.

Another pointed out: "#AllStars5 alright I need someone to break this down to me: why would everyone vote off Mariah over India??? Like I’m missing something. India won the first challenge but she has been lackluster since (in challenged and runways). I’m so confused."

"Whaaat! They prefer to see more of Ind*a than Miss Mariah Success! #AllStars5" a fan expressed, while another tweeted: "We all knew Shea ain't going nowhere! Lol. Feel so bad for Mariah Balenciaga though. She is a really creative queen and she kind of left me wanting more. #AllStars5." Overall, the decision, fans of the show are in a shock as they thought India should have been eliminated.

Shea is in it for the long run and to show her the doors would mean the competition is dead. Apart from her, no one has stepped up and shown that they want to win the crown and earn a spot in the Drag Race Hall of Fame. But Shea should also take into consideration that her peers are fiercely competitive and it's only a matter of time before they go all out to win the show. There's clearly no time to relax or celebrate wins anymore.
