'RuPaul's Drag Race': Shea serves a moth-inspired 3-in-1 runway look, fans say it was best part of the show
Although Shea Coulee dud not win any challenges this week and was pushed to the bottom three, she has a loyal fan base that will lap up anything she says or does. In this week's episode of 'RuPaul's Drag Race All-Stars', Shea served an interesting look, which her followers loved to bits. The queen, as part of her runway look, created a 3-in-1 transformation look inspired by the rosy maple moth, which is known for its unique color scheme featuring bright pink and yellow.
Her costume concept and the theme of the challenge went hand-in-hand but failed to impress the judges who thought it was "crafty" and costume-y. However, Shea's fans are more than happy with her latest sartorial choice. Her Twitter post about the runway look is flooded with comments, which read how magical and unique her design was.
"Ooooffff my fairy and folklore lovin heart is crying at this, this is so magical," a fan commented while another pointed out: "Anyone who reads this as 'crafty' is out of their mind, Queen. This was innovative, brilliant, jaw-dropping, captivating, amazing, and elegant. Never crafty." Another viewer shared that the costume looked expensive and added that Shea's makeup was on-point too: "This was my favorite tonight! I know that TV distorts things, but in closeups, this outfit looked super expensive and I thought the makeup was cool. I didn’t agree with the critiques."
Shea used every bit of the runway to showcase her design and at every turn, she transformed her outfit into something new and exciting. "You are 3 for 3 on incredible looks this season watching you turn that corner every week is the best part of the episode," a fan expressed. She has been a strong contender this season and viewers are already rooting for her to win. But after a wholesome performance last week, she fell in the bottom-three group, which was a shocker but also a reminder of how unexpected the season has gotten and that anyone can be eliminated.
