A daycare worker from Texas has been fired after she left a note in one of her student's lunchbox telling his mother to put him on a diet.

Francesca Easdon sent her five-year-old son to Rocking Horse Day Care in Kingwood with a note requesting the staff to "Please tell (child's name) that his mommy loves him so much and I'm thinking about him." But Francesca was left shocked when she found the note returned in the kid's lunchbox had a message written underneath it with a Sharpie marker that read, "No! Put him on a diet and go away."

In no time, Francesca posted a picture of the note on social media and shared it as other parents also expressed their horror and disbelief after reading the offensive note. According to ABC 13, Francesca said, "The thing that upset me the most is that this is bullying." She explained that her son had been going to Rocking Horse Day Care for the past three years, but she hasn't had any issue with them until now.

Taking to her Facebook profile, Francesca shared that her son is an "extremely picky" eater and that she had been introducing healthier options in his lunchbox. Francesca added that she spoke to the school about the changes.

Adding to that she said, "And for the record, I feel that my son is absolutely perfect the way he is, I’m just helping him make healthier choices. Instead of his school being supportive I am in absolute shock at what happened. I sent this note in the lunchbox, thinking that it would make him smile at lunchtime, but instead, I received this in return from one of the teachers! Of course, I was absolutely livid and immediately reached out to the school. First thing this morning I was at the school waiting on the director with my mother in law for a meeting."

Francesca shared that they had assured her it was being investigated and see to, but there was no remorse shown. She also brought to attention that the teacher's Facebook profile included posts regarding drug use and other inappropriate content.

She shared that she was disgusted that she had trusted the staff and had removed her son from the program and put him to a "beautiful new facility." Francesca added that eventually the employee was fired and was confirmed by the director of the daycare center who also apologized for what had happened.

Concluding in her post, Francesca said, "Monitor your daycares closely and stay away from this facility, they do NOT deserve the privilege of teaching our children."
