Things between 'Real Housewives of Potomac' stars Ashley Darby and Candiace Dillard Bassett haven't always been easy. Over the past few seasons, we have witnessed the housewives get into ugly fights with each other, not just in front of the cameras, but also on social media. While Ashley was having her baby, Candiace was busy tweeting nasty things about her fellow housewife.

However, Season 5 of 'RHOP' saw Candiace trying to bury the hatchet between Ashley and her. She apologized to Ashley for her behavior and even tried to show her support and love by pulling her aside and telling her about Michael Darby's infidelity. When Candiace apologized to Ashley, the housewife accepted it and decided to become friends and move on with their lives.

But on the latest episode of 'RHOP', we saw Ashley bring up Candiace's past behavior and calling her out for it. During a dinner conversation, when Candiace mentioned her interest in having babies, Ashley brought up the topic of how the former beauty queen was awful to her while she was pregnant. Ashley then expressed that she was still hurt and upset by Candiace's behavior.

Candiace tried her best to explain that it was all in the past and she wasn't interested in rehashing it, but Ashley wasn't ready to hear her out. So, Candiace apologized once again to her.

Later in the episode, Ashley revealed to Gizelle Bryant and Robyn Dixon that she wrote a character statement against Candiace to support Monique with her lawsuit. Fans weren't pleased with her behavior and called her out for it. A fan tweeted, "@armynavymom I don't understand why Ashley keeps saying to Candiace 'I accept your apology' when clearly she doesn't. It's very passive-aggressive. #RHOP #Bravo."

Another fan wrote, "Girl, ashley... if you don’t like candiace just stop being fake nice. #RHOP." "If Ashley wasn't cool with Candiace... why fake it for so many episodes? I'm over this beef because at this point, it's one sided as hell. #RHOP," commented a fan.

Another fan expressed, "Ashley should just say she doesn't like Candace and let it be that. Don't do the the fake ish. #RHOP." "Idc what side anyone is on. Truth of the matter is ASHLEY DARBY IS FAKE AS HELL trying to patch things with Candiace knowing she wrote that damn statement. FOH #RHOP," pointed a fan. "Ashley is fake AF. She sat and had a chat with Candiace and promised to move on. Now here we go with some sh*t from a year ago #RHOP," seconded a fan.
