‘Real Housewives of New York’ Preview: Dorinda thinks John is unhappy with her, Leah and Sonja get into a tiff
When Dorinda Medley began dating her current boyfriend John Mahdessian, she was criticized heavily by Ramona Singer. According to Ramona, Dorinda deserves someone way better than him. The previous episode saw Ramona, accusing John of collecting girls’ numbers at parties. Dorinda might have firmly defended him to Ramona and put on a strong front of their relationship, but the sneak peek clip for the upcoming episode reveals that there might be a few cracks developing in their relationship.
In the preview clip for the upcoming episode, we see Dorinda getting ready for Sonja Morgan’s fashion show. Her make-up artist tries making small talk with her and asks her about John. The housewife then reveals that John seems to constantly make bad decisions that impact their relationship. She then recounts an incident from earlier, where she received an invite for an event she wasn’t keen on attending.
Instead of staying back at home with her, John decides to attend the party all by himself. This leaves Dorinda wondering if he is missing out on something that he feels the need to look outside of the relationship. She says, “Clearly if you're not home with me, you're not happy with me." She then asks her make-up artist if she’s expecting too much of John, considering they have been in a relationship for over seven years. The artist agrees with Dorinda and says John should have stayed back.
The upcoming episode will also feature new housewife Leah McSweeney and Sonja Morgan getting into a shouting match. Although the clip doesn’t reveal what triggered the ladies, it seems like it has something to do with Sonja Morgan and the clothes she sent to Leah for the fashion show. Leah can be seen pushing a bag towards Sonja, while accusing the housewife of being ‘petty’ and ‘passive-aggressive’.
She also adds that Sonja is ‘full of sh**.” This is rather unfortunate because Sonja and Leah seemed like such a great pair on the show. The two single-handedly managed to keep us entertained with their drunken shenanigans in the previous episode. We hope the ladies manage to work out their differences and provide us more fun content on the show.
