'Real Housewives of New York City': Ramona slammed for gossiping about Leah being bipolar, fans say she's 'garbage'

'RHONY' fans felt that Ramona was way out of line for talking about Leah's mental health behind her back

New housewife, Leah McSweeney's behavior certainly left OG housewife Ramona Singer feeling unhappy. When Ramona threw herself a birthday party and invited 50 of her closest girlfriends and her fellow housewives, she expected everybody to be on their best behavior. But Ramona's poor attitude toward her annoyed Leah so much that she decided to just let loose and have some fun.

So, very soon the new housewife hit the bar and downed a few drinks. She then made her way to the dance floor and began dancing seductively. When Ramona's sister saw Leah's dance she made a snide comment about how she is "cheapening" the image of the group. Ramona then tried pulling Leah away from the dance floor, which ended in both the housewives having an ugly spat at the party, leading to Ramona demanding for the production team to stop filming and threats of quitting the show.

It goes without saying that the OG housewife sure knows how to hold grudges. So on the latest episode, we saw Ramona icing out Leah and pretending like her fellow housewife isn't in the same room with her. She pulled aside the other housewives individually and began expressing to them how she is very "disappointed" and "upset" with Leah's callous behavior and was left feeling further irked by the fact that Leah wasn't apologizing to her.

As Dorinda Medley pointed out later, when Ramona is upset with anybody, she either makes everything about herself or goes out on a rampage to tear down her opponent's image. With Leah, Ramona seems to have taken the second approach, for we see her revealing to Sonja that Leah is bipolar. She then goes on to explain that the new housewife is on medication for her condition and she shouldn't be mixing alcohol with her medication as it will leave her acting irresponsibly.

In her confessional, Ramona explains that one of her girlfriends was digging up on Leah on the internet when she came across an old blog post by the new housewife, where she revealed about her mental health issues. When Leah finds out from Sonja that Ramona is talking behind her back, she got furious and said Ramona is way out of line for discussing someone's mental health as gossip.

Fans too were with Leah and felt that Ramona was way out of line. A fan tweeted, "@ramonasinger Should be ashamed of herself. Absolutely despicable to spread around that Leah has Bipolar. Unfortunately, narcissists are never ashamed. #RHONY."

Another fan wrote, "Ramona talking about Leah having bipolar is DISGUSTING!!  #RHONY."

Another fan expressed, "Ramona shamelessly using Leah’s Bipolar II disorder as a way to smear her to the viewers and other housewives is exactly the brand of disgusting mess I’ve come to expect from her. She will forever be garbage. #RHONY."

"Did Ramona “out” Leah for having bipolar disorder. Ramona is awful, she knows no bounds #RHONY," commented a fan.

"Nah, I need proof. Ramona is out of pocket. If indeed Leah is bipolar, that’s her business to tell not Ramona’s. This heifa will lie in a minute in order to feel better about herself. #RHONY," observed a fan.
