'RHODubai': Caroline Stanbury's mother slammed for asking if Sergio Carrallo's parents speak 'good English
While Caroline Stanbury was a fan-favorite star on 'Ladies of London', sadly the same can't be said about her stint on 'Real Housewives of Dubai'. Stanbury has been at the receiving end of the audience's criticism over her snarky and uptight attitude not only towards her co-stars but also her partner Sergio Carrallo.
From claiming that she doesn't want to marry Sergio to humiliating his parents, Stanbury's actions didn't sit well with the Bravo show's fans. However, after watching the recently aired episode of 'RHODubai' fans redirected some of the heat towards Stanbury's mother Elizabeth, after she was heard asking Sergio if his parents spoke "good English'. Ahead of their wedding, Stanbury and Sergio finally decided to introduce their parents to each other. Stanbury's parents arrived at the venue first and sat down for small talk. Sensing Sergio's excitement over both the families finally coming together, Stanbury told her parents that they would love Sergio's parents. In her confessional, Stanbury admitted that both the families were very different. She pointed out how her family was a typical cold and snobbish British upper-class family, while Sergio's family was more of a working-class, and warm family.

As soon as Sergio's parents arrived, it was a very awkward encounter between both families. While Sergio's father tried his best to keep the conversation going by asking general questions, Stanbury's father threw a jab at Sergio and them by declaring how he expected his daughter to marry a 55-year-old wealthy man. After watching Stanbury's parents' rude behavior, several fans took to Instagram to call them out. A fan commented, Omg. I’m mean,does she herself speak Good Spanish 🙈🙈." "Does she speak good Spanish?! It goes both ways sweetheart! Of you haven’t noticed the works is big and diverse!! 🙄," wrote a fan. Another fan added, "Well, that was so awkward😬 her parents are just as stuck up and snobby as she is. Sergio's dad doesn't take any prisoners and knows exactly what what Stanbury is. I imagine they are devastated about this marriage."

Many fans also slammed Stanburys' superior attitude. A fan shared, "She comes across here very unlikeable and superiors here. This kind of lack of modesty regarding wealth and upbringing comes across as very common in Britain. She may have a privileged upbringing but she has awful style and taste." "Caroline is just as unlikeable as her parents," declared a fan. "She’s constantly throwing snarky digs at Sergio’s expense, what in heaven’s name does he see or appreciate about her?
