Ever since Elizabeth Lyn Vargas was first introduced as the new housewife on 'Real Housewives of Orange County', both her fellow housewives and fans have had several questions about her life. In her introduction video, the housewife opened up about her rags to riches story and mentioned that she was in the midst of a divorce from her husband, but added the disclaimer that she can't speak much about it due to legal reasons. But Elizabeth contradicted herself as she kept discussing her divorce at every given opportunity.

Aside from her very confusing divorce storyline, the other thing that stuck out to fans was her relationship with her current boyfriend, Jimmy. Elizabeth revealed that she didn't have sex with him despite being in a relationship because he didn't want to get intimate with a married woman and was waiting for her divorce to be finalized. Her fellow housewives, especially Kelly Dodd, had a hard time wrapping her head around this piece of information about Elizabeth's personal life. Kelly wasn't the only one, even Gina Kirschenheiter and Emily Simpson began having some doubts about Elizabeth's personal life.

So, when Gina and Emily asked Elizabeth if she ever had sex with Jimmy, she told them that she did have once when they first met, but they never had it again since then because he found out that she was still married shortly afterward. Later, when Kelly asked Elizabeth the same question, this time around Elizabeth tweaked her story a bit and declared that they had sex just once. When Kelly asked if it was before Jimmy found out she was married, Elizabeth replied that he knew that she was married and still had sex. Gina and Emily were left feeling puzzled by Elizabeth's constantly changing story about her relationship with Jimmy.

Later in the episode, Elizabeth casually made a remark about how it would be easy for her to move on from Jimmy because they weren't intimate and he was just like a friend to her. Unlike Gina and Emily, fans came up with a theory to explain why Elizabeth was being so shady about her relationship with Jimmy. Many fans felt that the housewife was definitely having sex with her boyfriend but wasn't open to discussing it because of her divorce hearing and settlement.

A fan tweeted, "Elizabeth & Jimmy are 100% f*cking. She just can’t admit it (ESPECIALLY on National Television) until she gets that check #RHOC." Another fan wrote, "Maybe Elizabeth’s shadiness is due to her pending divorce? That’s the only explanation I can come up with #RHOC." "It’s obvious for legal reasons for her pending divorce Elizabeth can’t admit to having sex. Maybe a clause in the prenup. And if money was on the table I’d be sewing all these b*tches mouths up. Elizabeth needs her money. Horrible wingmen. #RHOC," pointed a fan.

Another fan shared, "I don’t understand why these women are so obsessed about Elizabeth (is that her name?) having sex (or not having sex) with her man. She clearly isn’t going to tell the truth either way & it’s most likely a legality from the prenup. Move on! #RHOC." "I definitely think Elizabeth and her boyfriend are having sex. I just think maybe she doesn’t want to add any issues/confusion for her divorce. Because im not buying that he doesn’t want sex until the divorce is finalized #RHOC," expressed a fan. "Who give AF about Elizabeth’s sex life. She clearly is trying to walk the line for her divorce she probably needed to wait another year before joining the show #RHOC," echoed a fan.
