The Atlanta housewives never pass up on any opportunity to show off their dance moves and strut their stuff. However, Marlo Hampton not only skipped a dinner with 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' stars but also couldn't showcase her dance moves during the zydeco dance class.

The friend of the housewives explained to the ladies that she was in a lot of pain as her back was hurting. She revealed that she could barely stand or sit due to the excruciating pain. When they asked her what happened to her back, the reality star told them that she ended up throwing her back when her nephew jumped on her. But turns out there might be more to Marlo's backache and it has nothing to do with her nephew.

Porsha Williams and Marlo's friendship isn't in the best place. The two ladies had a heated exchange over Marlo's friendship with Kenya Moore and whether Porsha hooked up with Bolo the stripper, or not. Their fight ended without any concrete resolution between the ladies, which means that the underlying tension between these two former friends will continue to simmer in the background.

So, in the preview clip for the upcoming episode of 'RHOA,' we see Porsha getting back at Marlo. The housewife can be seen questioning Marlo about her backache. Marlo tells Porsha and her friend Shamea Morton that she had to get a back brace due to the trouble her back was causing her. Porsha and Shamea exchange a look and then ask Marlo point-blank if she got liposuction. 

Marlo looked taken aback by the question. Then Shamea proceeds to reveal how she heard rumors of Marlo getting a liposuction and was wondering if that was the reason behind her backache. Porsha too chimes in and says she too heard the rumors about the reality star undergoing a liposuction before their New Orleans trip. Marlo looked tongue-tied, unfortunately, we aren't shown her reaction, but seems like there will be a lot of drama awaiting us on the next episode.

When fans saw the clip, they were very amused by it and began labeling her as 'hypocrite'. Marlo made a huge fuss over Porsha allegedly lying about hooking up with Bolo and now that Marlo's secret of liposuction is out of the bag fans are curious to see how she will respond to it. A fan tweeted, "So Marlo is the biggest liar of them all. Liposuction disguised as back pain from the nephew jumping on your back. #RHOA." Another fan wrote, "Not Marlo being a whole a** hypocrite lying about her lipo but mad cause Porsha "lied" about Bolo #RHOA."

"So Marlo just said she can't be friends with a liar, but she lied and said she hurt her back but really got lipo on her stomach. We can't make this stuff up!!! LOL #rhoa," joked a fan. Another fan commented, "Marlo’s nephew when she said they jumped on her back, but she really got lipo #rhoa."
