Bored of their regular life in Canada, contractor Bryan Baeumler and his wife Sarah Baeumler decided to do something exciting and adventurous to make their life a bit more exciting. For most people, this would mean either traveling around the world or probably picking up a new hobby. But for Bryan and Sarah, it meant leaving behind their cozy life in Canada and moving to the Bahamas. The couple decided to embark on an 'adventure of a lifetime' when they bought an old, rundown hotel and decided to renovate it into a plush resort for tourists.

After landing on the island and having a closer look at their new property, the Baeumlers realized that they may have bitten more than what they can chew. The highly anticipated season 3 of 'Renovation Island' is all set to premiere on Sunday, July 24, 2022, at 9/8c on HGTV. Aside from catching the premiere of 'Renovation Island' Season 3 on HGTV, viewers can also stream the eight episode season on Discovery+ app. Episodes are available to stream a day in advance for those who are subscribed to the app. Apart from these options, the new season will also be available to stream on the HGTV Go app. Viewers can also access the episodes using other streaming services including Philo, Hulu + Live TV, Sling TV, Vidgo, AT&T TV, and fuboTV.
What is the plot of 'Renovation Island' Season 3?
Season 1 of 'Renovation Island' featured Bryan and Sarah racing against time to complete the renovations on time so that they can open the resort to tourists and begin to generate some return on their whopping $10 million investment. Although the Baeumlers managed to finally open the doors to their resort to guests, that joy was shortlived, as they quickly had to once again shut down their operation due to the global pandemic. So Season 2 featured the Baeumlers family's experience with running Caerula Mar luxury resort during the pandemic. If you thought that season 3 of 'Renovation Island' will finally feature the Baeumler family enjoying the fruits of their labor after all the challenges and obstacles they have had to overcome, then you couldn't be more wrong.
The upcoming season of the HGTV show will feature the Baeumler family shittling between their Florida home and the Bahamas. “The Baeumlers, who successfully reopened their Bahamas hotel as pandemic travel restrictions were lifted, will finally start the major renovation of their outdated family home in Florida. The couple “will face the stressful challenges and chaos of a whole-home transformation, all while raising their kids and running their island resort," states the HGTV show note.

The show features the couple Bryan and Sarah Baeumler. Bryan is a licensed contractor and the host of several shows on HGTV. His wife Sarah, who owns a brand called 'Sarah Delivered', is an interior designer with an eye for aesthetics. The couple has appeared on several HGTV shows together such as 'House of Bryan', ' Bryan Inc' and 'Island of Bryan'.

It looks like HGTV is already planning on season 4 of our favorite show. In July 2021, Bryan tweeted, "We’re filming season 4 currently :)", in response to a fan's question about the future of the show. “‘Renovation Island’ is a consistent ratings winner with each of our key demos because it’s a secret fantasy come to life,” HGTV President Jane Latman previously said in a press release. “With this series, the Baeumlers share a blueprint for doing what you love, with the people you love, in a place you love — no matter what life throws your way. No wonder viewers can’t get enough.”
