Reality TV Star of the Week: Here's how ‘Single’s Inferno’ heartthrob Lee Jin-seok makes hearts flutter with his captivating love triangle
SEUNGBONGDO, SOUTH KOREA: The love games are getting serious in Netflix's dating show 'Single's Inferno' Season 3.
In the latest season of Netflix's dating show, Lee Jin-seok has got caught up in a love triangle.
From the beginning of the series, Jin-seok shared a great bond with An Min-young but things took a turn when newcomer Cho Min-ji entered the picture.
After Min-Ji entered the show, Min-young began feeling jealous as Jin-seok's attention was diverted towards the newbie.
However, Min-young's own indecisiveness and jealousy have jeopardized her relationship with Jin-seok. On the other hand, Min-ji seems to be a better match for Jin-seok as they share good chemistry and have similar interests.
Is Lee Jin-seok playing games with An Min-young?
Jin-seok and Min-young hit it off instantly from the time they met on the show.
The two of them even picked each other for their first date in Paradise. They got to know each other better during their date.
However, the situation changed when Min-ji became a part of the show.
Min-ji chose Jin-seok as one of her preferred partners for the Paradise dates due to his sense of humor.
Min-young started getting jealous as she saw Jin-seok building a relationship with Min-ji while she was exploring other options herself at the same time.
However, Jin-seok never made Min-young feel guilty for getting to know other men in the inferno.
Will An Min-young scare Cho Min-ji and make her leave?
Cho Min-ji, a 26-year-old student, is currently pursuing a degree in economics at Ewha Womans University.
In paradise, Min-ji felt at ease conversing with Jin-seok and found his sense of humor funny.
Jin-seok complimented her, describing her charm as refreshing and praising her conversational skills.
Min-ji stated that her ideal partner should be someone fun to be around, which aligns with Jin-seok's personality.
In Episode 6, Jin-seok and Min-young had a conversation about his recent date with Min-ji. Min-young grilled him about their time together and joked about hitting him for not giving a clear answer.
However, Min-young should give Jin-seok some space to figure out his feelings, as she is pressuring him to commit, which she had previously accused him of doing.
Min-ji felt uncomfortable because of Min-young's behavior as the newbie was unaware that Jin-seok had a committed relationship before they met.
Jin-seok, however, explained that Min-young's behavior changed when he moved away.
Min-ji was upset because she had feelings for him. She believes that while it is acceptable to make a playful joke to show interest, it is not right to intimidate other women to have someone for yourself.
Who will Lee Jin-seok take to paradise?
It seems like Min-young's immature tactics could potentially drive her away from Jin-seok. At the end of the show, Jin-seok might end up pairing with Min-ji.
Finding a genuine connection with someone is more crucial than choosing a connection that's based on feelings of jealousy.
The cast members of the show still have a couple of days left before making their final choices.
'Single's Inferno' Season 3 airs every Tuesday on the streaming giant Netflix.
