Watch: Thanos slams Iron Man to the ground in the first trailer of Avengers: Infinity War

Avengers 3 brings all the heroes of Marvel Cinematic Universe together.

Wait's over guys, the first trailer for Marvel's eagerly-awaited Avengers: Infinity War is out and it is...well, kind of underwhelming for an ensemble movie of this magnitude. But we finally get to see the supervillain Thanos in action (for real, this time - he slams Iron Man to the ground!)

The trailer opens with a looming threat that catches the attention of Tony Stark, Doctor Strange, Bruce Banner and Peter Parker. Thanos (Josh Brolin) walks in out of a portal and what follows is war! He's after the infinity stones and we see him assemble two of them in his Gauntlet. The heroes seem powerless against this mighty villain but then there are some awesome shots of the Hulkbuster and enhanced Spidey suit.

In the upcoming sequel, Thanos is on the hunt for the Infinity Stones that, when collected and placed in the Infinity Gauntlet, will give him the power to reshape reality and destroy the universe. The only ones who can stop him are the superheroes of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

It’s the most ambitious movie Marvel has ever attempted, but fans are ready to see their favorite characters finally interact and the culmination of all three phases come to the big screen.
