Is Jared Kushner a woman?

Things seem to be going badly for Jared Kushner, senior adviser and son-in-law to President Trump, as reports claim that he has been voting as a female for years. Registration record shows that Kushner, who is married to Ivanka Trump, registered as a voter in 2009 but seems to have paid very less attention while filling the form as he checked a box classifying his gender as "female".

Jared was a former real estate developer who joined the White House earlier this year with a lot of ambition and responsibilities on his shoulder. Kushner seemed to be confident about making changes in the world as he wanted to negotiate peace in the Middle East, fix the opioid crisis, update technology in the US government, develop criminal just reform policies, and develop trade policy.

While the White House has not commented on the silly mistake, which was pointed out by democratic opposition research group American Bridge, people have started questioning Kushner's ability to do more serious work.

A spokesperson for the group said, "Kushner can't even fill out the most basic paperwork without screwing it up, so it's a mystery why anyone thinks he's somehow going to bring peace to the Middle East."

The spokesperson was also quick to point out that this was not the first time that Kushner had made a mistake like this. He said, "Would anyone but the president's son-in-law still have a West Wing job after repeated disclosure errors and a botched a security clearance form?"

Not the first time

Back in July, Kushner faced a similar situation while updating a disclosure form necessary to obtain a security clearance. As it turns out, Kushner had to fill the form nearly three times and it was then that he got the information correct. In the month of January, he had filled the form with zero names listed under a section that asked about foreign contacts.

Kushner later claimed that it was the fault of his team as they had accidentally pressed send before he had a chance to fill in the entire form. However, according to The Washington Post, the information that was written was also incorrect as it had got the dates of his graduate degree also wrong. But Kushner was quick to submit a supplemental form the following day acknowledging that the original form was incomplete.

The second time Kushner attempted to fix his security clearance form, sometime in May, he added over 100 calls and meetings with foreign contacts.

But soon after, it came to light that he had attended a meeting with Donald Trump Jr. and Russian lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya, who had allegedly offered damaging information about Hillary Clinton. Kushner had to submit a third security in which he put, "the person who has since been identified as a Russian attorney."

Prior to this, in 2009, Kushner's New Jersey voter registration noted his gender as “unknown.” It just seems like the senior adviser of US government is not be too keen on filling forms. Or is there something we don't know about yet?
