Here's how Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will be celebrating Valentine's Day!
With Valentine's day just around the corner it looks like the royal couple might have something planned for themselves and here's everything we know about it!
Valentine's Day is just around the corner and this makes us wonder what Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have in store for this special occasion. It so happens that the royal couple might have chanced upon on a perfect place for Valentine's Day and it is none other than Scotland.
Kensington Palace shared the news that Meghan and Harry will be in Edinburgh, Scotland on Tuesday, February 13, just one day before Valentine's Day. During their visit, the couple will be enjoying some nice time at the historic castle and at Social Bite. Social Bite is known to be popular with the celeb community as the restaurant provides employment training and free meals to the homeless.
After this, Meghan and Harry are expected to attend a youth achievement reception at the Palace of Holyroodhouse. Meghan has quite often mentioned how she loves to go and interact with new people and even during her engagement interview, she had mentioned how she was looking forward to visiting new places and new people with Harry. Looks like one of her wishes have already been granted and Scotland seems to be the perfect place for that.
Even though the couple may have kept their schedule empty for February 14, the two options that they have in hand does not seem so bad. Either the pair can choose to go to stay in Scotland and enjoy a nice dinner along with some scenic beauty, or, Meghan and Harry can head back to London, which is nearly four hours away, and enjoy a cozy holiday together.
There is a possibility that the two might return to Nottingham Cottage after their visit as it also happens to be the place where Harry asked Meghan to marry him. Prior to meeting Harry, Meghan had always gushed about the idea of Valentine's Day and she had even shared the thoughts with her fans.
“Hook, line and sinker, I am such a sucker for Valentine’s Day,” she wrote. “Without fail, every February 14th, I wake up feeling like I’m immersed in a Robert Doisneau photo, waiting with bated breath to be dipped into a kiss. This is all happening in black and white, of course. And in Paris, if I had my way.”
“But delusions of francophile grandeur aside, Valentine’s Day is special wherever you happen to find yourself. And in terms of gifts, be it breakfast in bed, a sweet love note, or a single flower, it really is the thought that counts,” she added. We are sure that Harry is going to put on his Prince charming cape and make sure that the day is really special for Meghan!
