Quaden Bayles, an Australian boy, who's video about being bullied has gone viral, has been offered an invitation to train in an MMA course by Chatri Sityodtong, an Asian superstar.

Nine-year-old Bayles gained international attention after a video his mother posted. In the video, the little boy, Yarraka, was seen talking about wanting to die because of the bullying he was suffering. He was born with a form of dwarfism called achondroplasia and his mother had seen being bullied in his school because of his height.

Yarraka shared the video wanting to bring awareness to how bullying can impact a child's vulnerable minds and the video of her son went viral. Bayles has recently accepted an offer to train in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) from one of Asia's influential sports figures to train in MMA, Chatri Sityodtong.

Founder and chief executive of Asia's largest global sports media property, ONE Championship, Sityodtong is a martial artist. He was named Asia's second most powerful person in sport by Fox sports in 2019 labeling him to be a "visionary entrepreneur".

This Friday Bayles received a message from Sityodtong, saying one day the little boy would "rise above it with "strength and compassion and empathy". The martial artist offered Bayles and his family an all-expenses-paid trip to Singapore to take part in a program being held at Sityodtong's Evolve Mixed Martial Arts program. Sityodtong later confirmed in a tweet that he had been in touch with Yarraka and the offer was accepted.

"Our instructors will be sure to bully-proof Quaden. If he wakes up from his nap, we plan to FaceTime tonight. Yarraka said he might sleep through the night. If so, we will FaceTime tomorrow. Let us all take the opportunity to show little Quaden how much the world cares," Sityodtong wrote.

The Facebook video brought a lot of support to Yarraka but some criticism had come along with it. She said, "I have copped a lot of backlash for it, I thought twice about deleting it... but I wanted people to see the effect bullying is having on my child. If I don't stand up and speak out for him, who will?" Some have gone as far as suggesting that the video was a staged act and that the child was an actor. All of these rumors have been put to rest and GoFundMe page for Bayles has raised $425,000.
