Through its latest thriller movie ‘Psycho Yoga Instructor’, Lifetime is presenting its viewers with the chilling story of Domenic, a young yoga trainer (who is also a sociopath), and his obsession with one of his female students who finds herself attracted to him while desperately trying to fix her marriage to her husband Tom. Will the damsel in distress ever find what she’s looking for in Domenic or has she committed the biggest mistake by entangling herself in his manipulative ways? Ashley Wood 

Ashley Wood will be seen as Justine Grace in the ‘Psycho Yoga Instructor’. Wood was initially considered for the role of Mia Thermopolis in ‘The Princess Diaries’,  which was later given to Anne Hathaway. Wood is known for her role in ‘Argo’.  She appeared as the Space Lab Nurse in the 2012 film. She was also seen as Beverly in the television series ‘Shameless’ from 2011. Her latest work includes the lead role in the 2018 film 'Christian Switch' as Julia Samson.

Brady Smith 

Brady Smith is an American actor who has majorly worked in television series. He was born in  Houston, Texas and graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1994. He’s married to actress Tiffani Thiessen and the couple has two children together. He’s popular for his roles in, ‘ER’, ‘JAG’, ‘Charmed’, ‘Judging Amy’, ‘White Collar’ and ‘Criminal Minds’. He played the father of the titular character in the 2016 television movie ‘The Perfect Daughter’. In ‘Psycho Yoga Instructor’, he’s seen as Justine Graces’s husband Tom. 

Panos Vlahos 

Panos Vlahos is a Greek actor, singer and multi-instrumentalist. He essays the role of Justine’s trainer Domenic in ‘Psycho Yoga Instructor’. He released his first album titled ‘Children’s Games’ in October 2015. Vlahos has appeared in one of the episodes of the hit show ‘Days of Our Lives’ from 1978 as Kristos. Vlahos essayed Haris in the series ‘Min Arhizeis Ti Mourmoura’ from 2013 to 2016. He also acted in the 2013’s romantic-drama ‘Love in the End’. 

'Psycho Yoga Instructor’ will premiere on June 6, 8 pm, on Lifetime.
