They are all talented but one has to go home each week. Judges on 'Project Runway' ousted Alan Gonzalez in this week's episode for not being imaginative enough with his piece. Brandon Maxell said the top looked like a spray-painted bird and Elaine thought it was not well thought out, especially the bit where ribbons were used to cover up a part of her chest. But that wasn't the worst part of it, judges said the fur combat boots were a bit much and weren't complimenting the look.

Talking to mentor Christian Siriano at the after-show segment, Alan jokingly said that his fellow contestants sabotaged his work. While putting his dress together, Alan went around asking everyone for advice on the boots and if it went well with this outfit. To his surprise, all were impressed with it and even said that it represents snow and Christmas. And that's where it all went downhill for him.

Alan blamed Christian for not being around during the model fittings because if he had been there, he would have gone with a different footwear. But, the mentor quickly shutdown the 'Project Runway' designer saying he did ask if Alan was opting for the fur boots and he seemed pretty confident about it. "I can't tell you what to do. But I said it at least 3 times to really think about it, you know," Christian added.

The two even got chatty about his strategies and spoke at length about the different ideas they had for his dress -- leaves from a wreath, fit-and-flare dress, broken ornaments outfit -- but ended up tossing out all those so that he could make at least something or else it would be a "nude" dress for the party. Agreeing with host Karlie Kloss's comment, Alan said the styling was all over the place and he just didn't know how to tie it all in.

Meanwhile, fans are not impressed with the elimination and they thought he was too talented to walk home this early.  "Well this episode sucked ass #projectrunway. The girl literally made a dress out of wrapping paper. Hope she actually does better in the next episodes because I actually do think Alan was talented. What a waste," a fan shared. Another one wrote: "I actually liked Alan’s look. It was a great color and a fun idea. Hated the shoes thooo. But like come on... sent home for that? If A hadid wore that with pumps y’all would be calling it amazing.. let’s be real. #ProjectRunway."

"I’m so mad Alan is gone, he made the show! His personality alone should have made them let him stay! Good luck Alan you are very talented!#ProjectRunway," a viewer tweeted.

Well, tough luck Alan but let's wait for the Siriano Save.
