Babysitter returns two-month-old who died in her care to mother saying 'he's sleeping'
28-year-old Marissa Tietsort, who ran an illegal daycare, also faces a felony child abuse charge after an 11-month-old girl in her care was injured in August last year
A pregnant babysitter from Wisconsin, who is also a mother-of-five, has been accused of killing a two-month-old boy and allegedly returning him to his mother after he died. She told the mother that the child was asleep.
28-year-old Marissa Tietsort from Wausau is reported to have caused the child's death in October last year before putting him in a snowsuit and strapping him up to the car seat to make it look like he was asleep.
According to a criminal complaint that was filed on January 4, the babysitter let the child's mother pick him up without telling her that he was, in fact, dead.
