If you've watched the Season five finale of 'Peaky Blinders', you won't get closure for a long time. Not only were there many major deaths but also serious threats to the lead character Thomas Shelby (Cillian Murphy). Cliffhangers can arouse one's curiosity but the last scene featuring Thomas only brings despair and despondency. The shocking spine-chiller at the end of the season has left many viewers in a daze and fans can't stop obsessing over it on Twitter.

"I feel physically sick and I’m actually shaking. That ending was just the next level. What a series this has been!!! #PeakyBlinders," one user posted, while another wrote, "Aberama is dead. Barney is dead. Mosley is alive. Alfie is alive. Michael is a cunt. Finns an idiot. Tommy might have killed himself. Not a bad finale. #PeakyBlinders!"

While several fans were impressed by the violent deaths, others couldn't stop cracking jokes about specific scenes from the episode. "Alfie: ‘How soon did you know I wasn’t dead?’ Tommy: ‘You wrote me a letter asking about your dog’.  #PeakyBlinders!" one user wrote. Another one posted: "Getting pretty sick of Grace breathing in the background like fucking Darth Vader to be honest. #PeakyBlinders #PeakyBlindersS5!"

Others were simply pissed with the brutal ending. "I am so fucking pissed off that they’ve killed Aberama Gold. Like,,, f**king why?!!! I was really looking forward to his and Polly’s wedding some straight-up b**S**T this is," one user posted. "My heart. I'm broken. I'm a mess. The fandom's a mess. And we're gonna have to wait at least one fucking year until season 6 oh my god #PeakyBlinders," another tweet read.

Most viewers are a tad bit disappointed as they will have to watch for season six to know what unfolds in the Shelby family's life and how they avenge the long list of enemies.
