'Peaky Blinders': What has Tommy done now? Fans are wondering who could be dead in the fifth season
BBC One's Birmingham-based gangster drama, 'Peaky Blinders', is still shooting for the fifth season but that has not kept the showmakers from giving fans glimpses of what they can expect from the upcoming season which will release in late spring, next year. The clips shared on social media show some of the behind-the-scenes moments from the show, and the latest image shared by photographer Ollie Whickman from the set reveals that someone is about to die in the fifth season.
Among the many questions that fans are discussing, one fan came up with the most generic query about "What has Tommy done now?" Death is a common phenomenon in the show, and Thomas Shelby's red right hand has always had blood on it, with either blood of an enemy he has killed or the blood of someone close who was killed. The Steven Knight-written show follows the infamous Birmingham gang from the early decades of the 1900s when they were led by the Shelby family. As the middle son of the family, Thomas, played by the sensitive yet ruthless looking Cillian Murphy, the clan leader saw a steady growth in power in the fourth season where he managed to crown himself as the leader of the Communist Party and eventually a Member of the Parliament.
