CRIPPLE CREEK, COLORADO: The mother of Patrick Frazee was present and watched as her son burned the body of the mother of his child and his fiancee Kelsey Berreth, as well as other incriminating evidence, his accomplice and former mistress said.

MEAWW previously reported that Berreth, 29, was last seen entering a Safeway store in Woodland Park with daughter Kaylee at 12:27 local time on November 22 last year.

Frazee, 33, became a suspect in her disappearance after it emerged that he did not report her missing despite admitting to authorities that he met his fiancee on Thanksgiving to take Kaylee. He was also seen at a waste management facility in the area along with two other men, dumping trash from a trailer that was attached to the pickup he had driven there.

Now, just a week after he was convicted of her murder, the Daily Mail has obtained bodycam footage which seems to suggest that his mother, Sheila, was aware of his crimes but did nothing about it.

In the footage, taken at the Frazee ranch in Florissant, Colorado, where it is believed that the 33-year-old disposed of Berreth's body, his mistress Krystal Lee Kenney tells investigators Sheila watched on as her son burned the evidence.

The admission comes as they stand near a site where forensic experts reportedly found tell-tale signs of a human body being destroyed, and lead CBI investigator Gregg Slater asks Kenney about her seeing Sheila.

"I could just see her step out between the two trees, there’s the wire dog kennel, straight past that, she came out, stood there and then turned and went back into the house," she answers.

Sheila, who pleaded the fifth so she wouldn't have to testify at her son's trial, had previously come under scrutiny after a Facebook post she made just hours after Berreth's death came to light. The post featured a photo of Glinda the Good Witch from the Wizard of Oz, and read: "YAY the witch is dead."

Last week, a jury at the Teller County District Court deliberated for less than four hours before convicting Frazee on all his charges -- two counts of first-degree murder, three counts of solicitation to commit murder in the first degree, one count of tampering with a body, and two counts of a crime of violence.

Sentencing him the maximum possible sentence -- life in prison without the possibility of parole plus 156 years to be served consecutively -- Judge Scott Sells described Frazee's crime as "vicious, senseless, without reason or explanation."

"Kelsey spent her last night caring for you," he said. "You repaid that kindness by viciously beating her to death."
