After teasing the viewers and fans with first-look stills from the time-travel adventure series which has a dash of sci-fi drama as well, Amazon Prime Video’s highly anticipated teaser trailer for ‘Paper Girls’ is out now. The series has been adapted from the comic book series of the same name which had been written by Brian K Vaughan and Cliff Chiang. ‘Paper Girls’ releases globally on July 29, 2022, on Amazon Prime Video.

The synopsis of the series reads, “It's the day after Halloween in 1988 when four young friends accidentally stumble into an intense time war and find themselves inexplicably transported to the year 2019. When they come face-to-face with their adult selves, each girl discovers her own strengths as together they try to find a way back to the past while saving the world of the future.” Before fans wait for this series that releases in July 2022, they can also watch series like ‘Dark’, ‘Westworld’ and so on.

With the teaser trailer being dropped by makers a couple of hours back, the internet and ardent fans are in awe after watching the riveting storyline surrounding four young paper delivery girls that unknowingly find themselves in a time-travel adventure and meet their future selves and also save the world. More specifically, they are constantly raving and applauding the brilliant performances of the actors in the series. Audiences have constantly been spilling their excitement on how after reading the iconic comic book series they are now literally counting the days to watch this exhilarating coming-of-age time-travel adventure series where these girls save the world.

As soon as the teaser trailer got dropped, fans have been sharing their reactions on Twitter. “Okay okay I can see some sliiiiight changes from the comic off the bat but they're small and nitpicky.
