Twenty three-year-old Olivia Huerta, a former substitute teacher from Sam Rayburn High School in Pasadena, Texas has been accused of sexually assaulting her pupil in March 2018.

Olivia was charged on Thursday after the alleged victim told a classmate who then notified the school administrators who called the police. The student there came forward and claimed he had walked with the teacher till her parents' home after school which was nearby before she assaulted him, early in 2018. In an interview with the police later, he claimed the relationship went on for almost 2 years.

The substitute teacher has allegedly confessed to molesting the teenager. According to court documents seen by the Houston Chronicle, she admitted to the police that she, "stuck it in real quick." The Houston Chronicle claims, she began a relationship with the victim when he was 16-years-old.

According to investigators, phone messages that were later obtained by cops revealed a text the boy sent to his substitute teacher that read, "I remember the day you raped me."

Olivia allegedly also admitted to using Snapchat to contact the student who is not named. She appeared in court in Harris County last Thursday. Olivia was charged with two second-degree felonies. She is accused of engaging in an improper relationship with a student and for sexually assaulting a child between 14 and 17 years old.

She is now currently out on a bond of $20,000 ahead of her next court date that is not yet specified. Olivia has been ordered by a judge to stay away from the teenagers. Subsequently, she has been fired from the Pasadena Independent School District.

In a press release, the authorities said, "The accused individual was promptly removed from campus and is no longer employed by Pasadena ISD. The District has provided notice to the Texas Education Agency as required by law."
