The Mets are back in business and this time they will be looking to come out on top of the Marlins again. With the coronavirus outbreak in their camp that saw their tussle against the Yankees postponed, they will now face Miami on a doubleheader early Tuesday, August 25. Here's everything you need to know ahead of the series.

Time

The game is slated to start at 5.10 pm ET on Tuesday, August 25, 2020.

Venue

Both sides will play at the Citi Field, New York.

Where to watch?

The game can be watched live on SportsNet New York and FS-F. Mets fans can also listen to the game on WCBS 880 and 92.7 WQBU while the Marlins game can be heard on 940 AM WINZ and WAQI 710.

How to live stream?

Fans can catch the game on MLB.TV as well as the My Stream App. MLB.TV is still the most preferred app as it comes with a slashed price of $59.99 keeping in mind the shortened season. A complete subscription provides viewers with access to the full regular season, the playoffs and the World Series. Other options that viewers can look for is YouTube TV that gives access to ESPN, ESPN2, Fox, FS1, MLB Network and TBS at $64.99. Hulu and fuboTV have some similar options available.

Pre-match buzz

According to Winners and Whiners' Adam Rauzino, Jacob deGrom could start off the proceedings for the Mets who were on a red-hot winning streak before the Covid-19 outbreak. The site also added he is the Mets’ ace is having a stellar run with a 1.93 ERA and a 0.89 WHIP. The Marlins, on the other hand, are coming off a 3-2 win against the Washington Nationals and will be keen to continue the momentum. According to the site, the Marlins are scoring an average of 4.27 runs per game.
