NBA All-Star Weekend: Justin Bieber, Nick Cannon and rapper Quavo shine
The event took place in LA on Friday. Look at the moments from the game
The much awaited NBA All-Star weekend kicked off on Friday and to say the least the stars did not disappoint.
The star-studded basketball game took place at the Los Angeles Convention Center and the line-up had the most popular faces of Hollywood going at it, eye to eye.
Among the line-up were Justin Bieber, Jamie Foxx, Michael B Jordan and Caleb McLaughlin from the popular Netflix series Stranger Things.
Also seen at the game were Dascha Polanco of Orange Is the New Black, Black-ish star Miles Brown, rappers Quavo and Common, Nick Cannon, and HGTV's Property Brothers' Jonathan and Drew Scott.
Actor and comedian Kevin Hart was missing in action.
Rapper Quavo was named the MVP — after his amazing gameplay at the basketball game.
In all fairness, he was reportedly a baller in high school and it worked to his advantage. Andre DeGrasse, the 2016 Olympic medalist, made the game super interesting too — he not only showed speed but reportedly also some really good legwork.
Should he think about a career change? Twitter seemed to think so.
The two players side by side gave Team Clippers the advantage over the Lakers.
Team Lakers had their star player too, with Rachel DeMita, former baller, and model scoring 17 points with long-range jumpers before being knocked over by the star MVP.
Team Clippers won over Team Lakers 75-66.
Take a look at the other moments from the Friday game.
