Naomi Watts seen holding hands with alleged boyfriend Billy Crudup at BAFTA after party
The actors were seen at the Vogue BAFTA after party held in London.
Naomi Watts and Billy Crudup might have just taken their relationship from Netflix to the real world. Naomi Watts and Billy Crudup were spotted holding hands as they left the Vogue BAFTA afterparty in London together on Sunday, February 18, almost seven months after they first fueled dating rumors.
For the night out, the Australian actress opted for a black pantsuit, which she paired with red velvet sandals. Crudup decided to go for a grey suit for the bash.
The actors, who co-starred in the streaming service’s Gypsy together, were previously spotted getting close while out to eat in NYC in July 2017. One month later, a source told Us Weekly that they were in the “early stages” of dating.
“Naomi and Billy are dating, but in the early stages,” the insider told Us Weekly at the time. "They’re very into each other.”
Watts split from husband Liev Schreiber in September 2016 after 11 years. The couple has two sons: Alexander, 10, and Samuel, 9. “Naomi and Liev are on great terms,” an insider told Us Weekly following the split. “They were in the Hamptons with the kids this weekend and are trying very hard to be civil and able to be around each other for the kids.”
Crudup has previously been linked to Claire Danes and Mary Louise Parker, with whom he has a 14-year-old son, William. Crudup and Danes, 38, dated for four years before calling it quits in 2006.
However, neither Watts nor Crudup have commented on their under-the-radar relationship.
